The Association of English-language Publishers of Quebec (Association des editeurs de langue anglaise du Quebec) represents a lively and proud community. Members include:
a university press
trade and literary presses
children's book publishers
We promote the wonderful books published in English in Quebec. Across Quebec, we act as liasion with readers, government and organizations about the publishing world. The Montreal Review of Books (see access button on the left) gives a clear voice to Quebec's literary community.
We are a regional affiliate of the Association of Canadian Publishers, a national network association of assistance and advocacy for Canadian publishers . A key emphasis is on publishing policy and government legislation.

Publishers and writers honoured
New Document
Blue Met Event honours significant anniversaries!
Join CBC Radio, Quebec Writers' Federation, Véhicule Press, and Maisonneuve Magazine in a special reception to honour the winners and finalists of the 10th Annual Quebec Writing Competition.
Simon Dardick and Nancy Marrelli of Véhicule Press will also be fêted for their contribution to Montreal writing, as Véhicule celebrates 35 years of publishing great Quebec books.
This event is free. It will be held Sunday, May 4th at 2:30 pm, Foyer Regence C, Delta Centre-Ville, 777 University Street.
